FITPASTE的故事
When we go to the gym, we aim to build our bodies, but we quickly realize that it's
not as easy as it seems.
In addition to strong or medium-level physical workouts, we also need to control our diet. More
specifically, we need to consume good nutrition and protein, which ideally comes from natural foods
such as seafood.
Currently, the main options available to us were chicken, eggs, beef, and lamb all of which
are meats.
While meat is a good source of protein, consuming too much can lead to digestive issues. Well, let's think outside the box. We considered Seafood.
